
Pear Crumble
With Go Raw apple cinnamon sprouted granola
Vegan, Gluten Free
Ingredients:
- 3 Lbs. ripe Bosc Pears (6 pears)
- 2 Tbps freshly squeezed Orange Juice
- 2 Tbps freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup granulated Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Almond Meal
- 1 Tsp ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp ground Nutmeg
- Topping:
- 1 Cup Go Raw Sprouted Apple Cinnamon Granola
- 1/2 Cup Almond meal
- 1/2 Cup granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Coconut Oil, plus extra
- Optional add ins: Pecans or Walnuts
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9 x 12 baking dish with coconut oil
- Cut the pears in half, core, and slice thinly
- Place the sliced pears in a large bowl and toss all ingredients. Pour the preparation into the baking dish
- Mix all the ingredients for topping together by hand or with an electric mixer until the mixture forms large crumbs
- Sprinkle over the pears
- Bake for 1 hour until the top is slightly brown
- Serve warm
