Protein Chocolate Bliss Balls
With Go Raw Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 cup Medjool Dates
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 cup Oat Flour
- 1 scoop Pumpkin Seed protein powder
- 2 Tbsp. Go Raw Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 Tbsp. Cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Water
- Chuck everything in a blender/food processor until smooth.
- Roll into 1" balls onto parchment paper and freeze/refrigerate until ready to eat.
- Add more or less liquid to consistency.
- Optional: drizzle PB for some Chocolatey Peanut Butter goodness!
