  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Core apples with a paring knife without cutting through the bottom. Make sure to remove all the apple seeds.
  2. In a medium bowl mix together coconut oil, brown sugar, Go Raw Snacking Seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Stuff mixture into each apple.
  4. Place apples in a small baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes and then remove foil.
  5. Continue baking for another 30 minutes, until apples are tender.
