Grilled Peach & Mixed Greens Salad
With Go Raw Sprouted Watermelon Seeds
- 3 cups organic, Mixed Greens
- 1 lbs. organic free range Chicken (omit if vegan or use meat-free alternative)
- 1 large organic, Avocado
- 1 cup organic, Blueberries
- 1/4 cup uncured Bacon/Bacon alternative bits
- Go Raw Sprouted Watermelon Seeds
- 3-4 large organic, Peaches
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar (Dressing)
- Toss Mixed greens with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Add grilled chicken (omit or add alternative), avocado, blueberries, and top sprouted watermelon seeds and grilled peaches.
- GRILLED PEACHES: coat the halfed peaches in coconut oil and then grill until brown.
