Certified Gluten Free
Our products are made without any ingredients containing gluten, a protein found in grains such as wheat and all Triticum species, including spelt, kamut, durum, barley, oats and their crossbreed varieties. Gluten is known to cause inflammation in the small intestine of people with celiac disease, and causes additional problems in digestion for many others.
Certified Wheat Free
Go Raw products do not contain any wheat, one of the main sources of gluten, which can cause serious digestive distress and inflammation of the small intestine in celiacs and other people.
Our products do not contain any nuts, including peanut, almond, walnut, cashew, pecan, Brazil, pistachio and any other type of tree nuts. Some of our products do contain coconut, which is a member of the palm family, and safe for people with tree nut allergies.
Cooking foods at high heat destroys over 90 percent of its nutritional value and the natural enzymes the body needs to digest it. That’s why Go Raw’s products are never heated above 105 degrees Fahrenheit (and on average, 98 degrees) in custom-built dehydrators, so they are still full of the enzymes needed for good digestion and overall health.
Seeds are already packed with nutrition, but by sprouting them, their nutritional profile multiplies. We sprout all of the seeds in Go Raw products because it activates the seed’s breakdown into its simplest components, making it much easier to digest and full of additional enzymes than the original seed.
Every item from Go Raw is completely free from any animal products or by-products, including dairy, eggs and honey.
To be kosher, a food item must pass all of the specific dietary rules of forbidden and permitted foods under Jewish law. All Go Raw products are permitted foods as defined by the kosher dietary rules.
All of our ingredients are naturally delicious, and grown or produced without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, genetically modified organisms or ionizing radiation.
The term GMO stands for genetically modified organism, and we at Go Raw refuse to use plants that have had their genetic material, or DNA, deliberately altered to carry new traits. A large movement has started against GMO foods due to concerns that they may impact human health and the environment’s natural order.
An allergy to soy is one of the most common food allergies in infants, young children and adults, and soy is the second most genetically modified crop in the United States. All Go Raw products are free from soy.
We gain dietary cholesterol from the fats in animal-based foods, including meat, dairy and eggs. Since fruits, nuts, seeds and vegetables do not contain any cholesterol, Go Raw’s products are naturally free from cholesterol.
