Why eat Raw?

There are many benefits to a raw based diet, the process of cooking can destroy much of the enzymes and nutrients in foods. By keeping our snacks raw and gently dried, not cooked, Freeland Foods is able to preserve more powerful nutrients for optimal nutritive benefits.

We, at Freeland Foods, are proud to offer more than 50 delicious, raw sprouted snacks to help you make the right choice when looking for a nutritive snack on the go.

A raw diet is rich in:

  • Enzymes
  • Vitamins
  • Minerals
  • Phytonutrients
  • Dietary fiber
  • Nutrients
If you cook it,      you kill it.

Why Sprouting?

Why Sprouting?

A sprouted seed has many
   nutritional advantages

By sprouting and gently drying, not cooking, we unlock and preserve more powerful nutrients. This process also multiplies available proteins, enzymes and minerals, making good food easier to digest and allowing the nutrients to be more easily absorbed by the body.

All our seeds are hand sprouted at our own facility, and then dehydrated (not cooked!) so we keep the seeds "alive" and do not destroy all the nutrients that we just unlocked. The making of our snacks is closely monitored by real people for quality and consistency in every batch, every day. Freeland Foods has successfully created a line of over 45 tasty snack products you can enjoy.

Sprouting makes you feel Super!
